We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods (launches and holidays), processing may take longer.

Once an order begins processing, we may be unable to make changes (including address changes). We ship only to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Processing)

United States: Typically 1–10 business days

Canada: Typically 3–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.

Canada Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees

Canada orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product price or shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to open a claim and email us at shopheritagecompany@gmail.com so we can assist with documentation if needed.

Heritage is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as 'Delivered' by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Wrong Address and Returned-to-Sender Packages

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we may deduct the original shipping cost and any return fees from any refund (where permitted).
