We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Because our products are produced and fulfilled on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
Please refer to our size charts on each product page before ordering, as all sales are final once produced
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at shopheritagecompany@gmail.com and include:

Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage (and video if applicable)
If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Do Not Send Items Back Unless Instructed
Do not mail items back unless we explicitly instruct you to do so. In many cases, issues can be resolved with a replacement or refund without a return shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Items marked Final Sale (or discounted/sale items, if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
